For placement partners
A machine that costs you
nothing and pays you
every month.
We're looking for bars, venues and entertainment businesses across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. If your guests are already stepping out for pouches or a vape, that trip is costing you a tab — and we can end it with one wall and one outlet.
- 21+ Only
- Cashless
- ID Verified
- Remote Monitored
The offer
What you get, plainly.
No equipment purchase, no lease, no minimum. Here is the entire deal.
No cost to you
We buy the machine, install it, insure it, stock it and service it. There is no purchase, no lease and no equipment cost on your side.
Revenue on square footage you weren't using
A wall in a hallway starts generating a monthly check. You get a share of every sale, with no inventory risk and no cash to count.
Guests stay in the building
A guest who leaves to hit a gas station for pouches is a guest who might not come back. Keeping them inside protects the tab that's already open.
Zero staff burden
Your bartenders don't ring it up, restock it, check IDs for it, or troubleshoot it. It is not one more thing on their station.
Compliance is our job
On-machine ID verification, 21+ gating, and responsibility for the regulatory side sit with us — documented, and reviewed against federal, Ohio and local rules before a machine goes in.
It looks like it belongs
Matte black, minimal, and designed to pass in a good bar. No neon flavor lists, no product-logo clutter, no gas-station energy.
Who does what
Our side. Your side.

The process
Walkthrough to live in two to three weeks.
- 01
We walk your space
We come in, look at your traffic pattern, and find the spot that works — a hallway wall, the corridor to the restrooms, next to the ATM, out on the patio. You approve the location before anything is ordered.
- 02
We install and stock it
We deliver, mount or place the unit, connect it, and fill it. Installation is on us. Your staff does not lift, wire, or configure anything.
- 03
It runs itself
Cashless payment, on-screen ID verification, and remote monitoring. We see inventory and sales from our phones, so we restock on our schedule — not after you've called us.
- 04
You get paid
You collect a share of every sale from the machine in your venue, paid on a set schedule with a sales report you can actually read.
Straight answers
What owners actually ask us.
“We don't have room.”
Our wall-mounted units need a section of open wall and an outlet — no floor space at all. Most venues that told us they had no room ended up with a unit in a corridor they'd never thought about.
“We don't want it to look cheap.”
Neither do we. Matte black, one lime monogram, no flavor lists, no product-logo clutter. Our internal test for every placement is whether it would still look credible in a great bar with no nicotine products visible.
“Our staff is already stretched.”
They never touch it. The machine handles payment and ID verification on its own, and it reports its own inventory to us. Nobody behind your bar rings up a sale or checks an ID for it.
“What's our liability?”
Age verification is enforced by the machine and logged. Retail licensing, product sourcing and tax obligations for what's inside sit with Upper Decker. We'll put the specifics in writing before anything is installed.
Where we place
Controlled 21+ rooms.
We only place in environments where every person on the floor is already of legal age or supervised as such. If you're not sure your space qualifies, ask us — we'll tell you honestly.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
What does it cost us?
Nothing. We own the machine, cover installation, stock it, service it and insure it. You provide the space and the power outlet.
How much space does it need?
Less than you'd think. Our wall-mounted units need a section of open wall and a nearby outlet — no floor space at all. The freestanding tower needs roughly the footprint of an ATM.
How do we get paid?
You receive a share of net sales from your machine on a set schedule, with a plain-English sales report. We'll walk through the specific split when we look at your space, since traffic and placement affect it.
Who handles ID checks?
The machine does, with an integrated scanner that reads a government ID before it will dispense. Your staff is not part of the transaction.
What happens if it breaks or runs empty?
We see it before you do. Every unit reports inventory and sales remotely, with low-stock alerts, so restocks and service are scheduled on our end. If something does go wrong, you call us — not a national support line.
Can we choose what's in it?
Yes. We'll bring a recommended mix based on what rooms like yours buy, and you can tell us what to add or pull. If your regulars want a specific brand, we'll stock it.
Can we brand it or hide it?
The unit is matte black with restrained branding, designed to disappear into a well-lit bar. If placement or sightlines are a concern, that's part of the walkthrough — we'd rather find the right wall than force the wrong one.
What if we want it gone?
We pull it. No penalty, no equipment left behind, no argument. A machine that isn't working for your room isn't working for us either.
